The exhaust power valve is a device fitted to machines that constantly adjusts the back pressure within the collector of the exhaust system to enhance pressure wave formation as a function of engine speed as in bikes. This ensures good low to mid-range performance.
Steel Spinning are used in construction of these valve and are suitable for applications where low air quantity are to be handled.
There are many variables that can influence the failure of nickel-base, two-cycle diesel engine exhaust valves, including engine design characteristics and operating conditions, as well as lubricant additives and resulting deposits. The entire system must be considered to understand fully the failure mechanism.
They are used in applications such as pilot operators, single acting cylinders, air compressors, air motors and instrumentation. SPECIFICATIONS
